I wouldn't like to think someone would lie about such a huge deal. So, I believe her when she said she attempted suicide by overdosing herself with meds. As for the reactions, yeah, I found them pretty lukewarm too. It looked as if they understood it as suicidal thoughts and not a proper suicide attempt.

I feel like at some point people's reaction to someone get heavily influenced by how they perceive the person. That's why HMs seemed quite unaffected by her. Tbh I was heavily affected by each of their secrets and after ages didn't see the repeat coz it was too draining.

Yeah, I felt affected by each one of them personally too. That said, I agree with you because I felt the strongest for Eijaz because I kinda sorta like the guy. Jasmine, I don't like one bit and the intensity that I felt for her was slightly affected by my dislike for her even though if I were asked to, I couldn't possibly choose between what's worse between molestation and a suicide attempt. Both are equally tragic and devastating.
