I would love to see Pree get possessive but at the same time, assuming this is the real Mahima, I hope they don't butcher their sibling bond just to further the Ru-Pree love story. That would be very immature storytelling.

I wasn't suggesting that. I think we were all in agreement when she returned after 7 years that there was hardly any curiosity on Preesha or her family's part to find out what happened. No one even told Mahima Rajeev is dead. So she hasn't even begun processing that part yet. Everything is an assumption as of now on how much Mahima knows and has processed.

The family is not helping her condition by giving in to what she wants simply because she is hurting herself. Even the doctor who treated her suggested a psychiatrist. So why isn't that explored? Preesha is a doctor. She identified her mother in law's stress eating disorder. So why is she unable to make a professional judgment in addition to what she is going through emotionally about her sister? When her dad was in the prison, she acted on it within a few hours. Same during Saransh's bedwetting phase.

To upend what was so delicately set up for Saransh's sake just because Mahima wants her way is not logical or responsible. Mahima needs help and the quicker Preesha realizes that is better for everyone. Mahima will not be able to handle Saransh's responsibility even if she moves into K house or Ru bed.

@bold - look, going by the timeline in YHC land, it's not even been a day. And when someone just narrowly escapes an accident, you just bring them home and get them to rest before taking them straight to the psychiatrist. You have to give it some time. It's just that too much has been happening in the past few days. Pree is also in as much shocked state, still she's trying to be level-headed and hasn't gone into mahaan territory yet.

It's Ru who I was expecting to be more level-headed in this track since he is not as emotionally conflicted as Pree but he has been disappointing so far.

Let's see what happens. I guess I had a visceral reaction to the precap and I was trying to understand the writers' reasoning to show something like that.

Maybe just to rouse the viewers into a reaction just like mine.

For those of us who are used to watching non-ITV shows, this will take some getting used to.

Agreed! I can’t really even find myself to blame Preesha here. The amount of internal conflicts she is facing currently is surreal. On one side her sister and on the other side her son who she got because of her sister. I don’t know it’s too complicated but I don’t blame Preesha here for not acting like Rudra.

Agreed with you on this! The writers seem to have lately gotten a sadistic streak in them and are giving quite a few puke-worthy scenes and going by the previous KJ track, I am not even sure our patience will be properly rewarded.

Agreed once again. 😂 Also, right now according to Preesha her sister is doing the things she is doing because Saransh isn’t there for her. Preesha is not understanding the real seriousness of Mahima’s condition.
