I think Kavita genuinely let that one slip in her heated moment. Iska jab khoon garam ho kar sarr par chadta hain, kuch bhi bakwaas karti hain. I think she meant to taunt Rubina that she has no idea of the 'closeness' she's shared with Abhinav and that FWB bit skipped out. She realised it in time and didn't repeat the cassette.

Now, as consenting single adults, whatever those two shared, I have no interest or right to comment on it. Although, if it's true and if Rubina is genuinely unaware which it seemed like she was, imo, Abhinav should have hinted it to Rubina somehow and these two were close at some point in life and since this show can get dirty, beware and wait till they go out and he can explain it to her upon Kavita's entry. I'll have to give it to Rubina though that she settled for subtle taunting instead of a straight up confrontation because damn, that would have been so ugly for the 3 of them. She shouldn't discuss this topic again like she said she will with Kavita, imo. Go out and then talk.

As for Abhinav, I really don't like the guy's personality or his attitude. So whenever he's bought down from his high horse whether or not fairly, I enjoy it. So. 😆
