I think the power which Anirudh want to give the girls to be dependent is education just like Bondita they don't have a supporting husband or family so being educate they can stand up for themselves

Yes, in the episode which they returned from HM, Ani told Saurabh that the girls werent accepted in their families after escaping HM. So the whole point is that if they learn a few things and start standing up for themselves, they wont ever need to depend on anyone.
