Yup - it's by Dharmatics (KJo's digital spinoff of Dharma). I guess Mira Rajput was also approached (she came to the Dharma office multiple times) - there were some rumours that Dharma was making a show based on Real Housewives series for Netflix. After seeing the final result, i think Mira/Shahid made the right choice - it seems quite trashy considering all he could pull in were Sanjay Kapoor and Chunky Pandey's wives (at least Neelam is an actual actress)... plus it seems Netflix has probably edited it the Indian Matchmaking / Sima Aunty show way from the trailer.

Not letting her do this show was probably the reason behind Shahid Mira's fight. Mira had been AWOL for many months, then I think last month she followed Shahid again and she is back to media accounts.
