You have to little bit smart. Dont eat or drink much . Take it as a fast. And women are very good at fasting generally.

Ye task mein aaram se kar sakta hoon vaise. I being a Jain am very used to fasting . I have gone for 5 days continuous without eating anything . And without water and food also I have fasted for 2 days continously 😆
