Ok, onwards to today's episodes. 40 and 41.

Epi 40 part 1 - Meenu's twisted ploy (tell us something new 🤔)

If i were watching it for the first time and didn't know what happened in future, I would have thought meenu's husband really made her chose between him and nanu and she chose nanu and he left.

Anyway, I didnt know kunal had that bracelet for mishti 😲 kuhu-kunal car ride 😔 this girl is so full of herself. and even if she liked him but kisi aur ke prospective groom pe aise khule-aam line kaun maarta hai 🤔

meenu-mishti convo in temple. It was going so well until they showed meenu's manipulative expressions. why? why couldnt they just let her be an understanding, progressive MIL? gosh, I would have rooted for her so much! anyhow, mish says if she knew her views earlier, she would have taken the job at Kunal's firm. btw, how did meenu know that mish interviewed at abir's NGO? 😕

Mishti's heart was so pure, no hard feelings for anyone. She said I am sure kuhu woh job bohot acchese karegi.

Epi 40 part 2 - Mishti joined abir's NGO (with meenu's ashirwad ) and is already liked by his staff.

kuhu-meenu-recruiter-at-red-pears' convo was so funny. I am seriously judging the recruiter now ya fir i wish aisa recruiter sabko mil jaye, anyone can get a job at MNC's then i am toh highly qualified for it

If i were watching in live time, I would have stopped watching the show at this point. so many turn offs' without any progression for the central characters

Mishti gets the basement(?) of their NGO ready for exhibition (I always thoguht it was in a banquet hall or something). And she asks jugnu bhaiyya to get some photographs from abir's room (that was kinda invading his privacy but anyhow), and we see him bringing 'those' photos including the bus top wala, its reapperence finally. but it took so long that it has lost its meaning in the story now.

Yeah, Kunal got the bracelet for Mishti as kind of apology gift for both dates getting ruined. But later he got pissed off when he heard Mish got a job against his wishes so he gifted it to Kuhu.

Bold: in yesterday’s episode remember Meenu stalking Mishbir at the NGO? She saw Mishti reject ngo job offer so she called Mishti to the temple to convince her to accept it.
Again Meenu gives a false narrative about Abir’s father leaving her because she chose to stay at her mayka and help nanu. Only once she said he made a mistake and I had to pay the price, we can suppose she was talking about his fraud.

I loved episode 40, there’s so much Mishbir screen space! 😍
Abir admiring Mishti as she’s working in his NGO, he’s staring dreamily at her She lifts her eyebrows at him as always, he smiles still looking dreamy ❤️

Loved their chase scene in the basement too, when Mishti is trying to snatch the photos from him and he’s desperately trying to hide them. 😳
She even threatens to use her brown belt on him and the punchline was she was actually wearing a brown belt throughout the episode! 😆

How come Jugnu didn’t see the pics? Abir should have hidden them well instead of just shoving them in his drawer.

Abir promised to make a painting for centerpiece. Mishti already suspected his secrecy regarding the photos.

Inspite of Meenu’s manipulations and plotting she actually sent Mishti to work with Abir and I appreciate that! 😆

Loved that dialogue of hers today: jise jahan pahunchna hota hai wahan pahunch hi jata hai 😳👏

Kuhu is just a bratty narcissist right from the beginning. Meenu mocking and challenging her boasting was funny.

yeah that must be how she got to know about mishti's ngo intw. i totally forgot about that scene.

and she did mention about paying price for his mistake, so you are right, that is where she hinted towards his fraud. but no way, normal audience would have gotten it that time. such a twisted plot was this as well.

Meenu was not only hiding Mehul’s crime from abinal but also from us viewers so they can spring a surprise on us later....like Agatha Christie mystery where the writer himself was the killer 😆

When I had watched it earlier by ffing to just mishbir scenes, i had loved it too. aaj pura dekha, it drained me so much, i could not enjoy mishbir scene too😒

Yeah meenu not only sent mishti there, but also gave her ashirwad and said jisse jaha hona chahiye, wahi pohoch gaya 😆 what a visionary!
