I faced same issue twice.. what you need to do is- open gif in another window and copy link of it frm there...then paste tht URL in the box.. it will work 😅😂
If you use laptop just copy past gif 😂
if on phone copy gif link which should end with .gif then paste that link in the image option provided next to bullet point option on IF toolbar.
