At this point, I think its pure adoration. He calls her patni for the sake of their relationship. Actual mei toh bacchi hi hai, and he keeps saying that. It will only get complicated when Bon will grow and things will be expected from them. Ani will be getting attracted to grown up Bon and confused between his old feelings and new feelings. Like bacchi ka adoration ya youth ka pyaar?
