This is not a very big size I think but still I agree even the small ones are not very cheap. But you know Chandigarh and Punjab people are quite rich (and big show offs😆) and mostly have relatives abroad. These relatives do bring these bags as gifts. So, I don't think it's that big of a deal if a fan can afford it.

Disclaimer: I am not in support of fan spending money on gifts but again, it's their way of expressing love. I do wish they do better.
