Problem is with inconsistency.

The show started off with him being a ruthless mafia pushing Neha down and boasting about it to Kabir and Aryan. Also, he kept pulling out his gun time and again.

Now, they are showing that he cannot even think of killing anyone.

The main points are

1) aryan knew about vansh not shooting her

I don't think so she gave up searching on that chip and she definitely don't know what content is there in the chip. Otherwise she would have panicked earlier itself.
