It was legit physical attraction, nothing else. Moreover, with Vansh constantly saving her from life threatening situations, she developed a soft corner for him thinking he's "good". Vansh remained the realistic by safe guarding his heart, and not actually falling in love with her. Yes, he has intense feelings for her, but because of that lack of trust and belief in each other, he will never let himself to completely love her.
