However I don’t think Bala and Sanam prepared outside....Bala is not a great actor that he can portray the distaste so well...he doesn’t like Sanam...they may have known each other outside but they both are not in friendly term. I also believe Bala is not stupid to use words and actions that can be questioned by Kamal in a manner that won’t be good for him....that’s his character....those words is part of his vocabulary and his way of reacting as well...now just because it’s part of your circle friends or family vocabulary you can’t go call your boss that and say it’s not a big deal as it’s a commonly used word in many circle even if it’s not a good word....I won’t accept such word if it’s not my family or my close friend..also they will know beforehand whether I’m ok or not for them to use....but if my boss or colleague calls me the same word I won’t accept as I know it’s to disrespect me....for me the same logic here.

Aari - Sam.....Looks like the problem is again due to an order from Archana....Archana told Sam to do the house task now...Sam went to get Aari...Aari said we have already discussed in the morning and refusing to follow Archana demand....Do you all get why yesterday Archana asked Vel to give the coin to Sam?.....she is this week captain!

However Aari doesn’t need to handle it this way...looks like Suchi key is working....can only say after the full sequence if there is mistake on Sam part....hope Sam didn’t follow Archana orders and took her own decision.

I agree on Aari part. However, I feel housemates are a little scared to call out Balaji and his fangirls group. Their rivals Rio gang were also silent when they got accused of groupism and didn't react much. We need some one to rise up and call out this biased group and give them back. Aari has risen up to that level now, he should not be taking nonsense from these losers anymore. So he has begun to react accordingly which is a good IMO. And these people will accuse him of diplomacy, boredom if he says things in a refined manner. So he is replying back to them in an aggressive but graceful manner.

Whenever a wildcard enters and praises a contestant is when their downfall begins. Last years Madhu as an example after Vanitha told her she is doing well. Already Archana came and confused Rio/Ramya/Anitha. Now Suchi for sure would have made Bala too overconfident.

You said you were old school and don’t appreciate elders being called poda but every word you have mentioned above are abusive words and you are totally fine with this name calling ? I’m even uncomfortable typing some of them . I assume Tamil isn’t your first language

tharuthalai is not something used in every household . Usually a barren land which cannot be used is addressed as tharusa kidakara nilam similarly a human who isn’t of any use to anyone around them are called like this . The root comes from unusable land ,Very disrespectful to call saka kalaighan in kh’s words.

I have said this before Balaji and suresh have abusive vocabulary selectively against women . Will they say same thing to Ramesh ? Just wondering

Is Balaji from Tamil Nadu ? The way he speaks and uses Tamil feels like he only learned bad words in Tamil . He did schooling and college in Tamil Nadu ?

One thing I notice in him he has plausible explanation favoring him for everything that is happening in this house . His overconfidence is because of people around him . Also from the fact he hired a good pr team . If they go by voting he will surely win . Same problem happened during BB2 that is whole reason they had to give it to Rithvika

Of course , I totally understand what u r trying to say . You didn’t over exaggerate. I used to say aruvu ketta mundam to my sister and others most of the time . Only after this incident I clearly understood the meaning of what Suresh said .
Words used by Balaji are not that offensive compared to Suresh’s I think .

I am 💯 Tamil . Some of these words were used without knowing the proper meaning behind it. Not all the people who use it know their meaning as well.

I don’t know the proper meaning of the word tharuthalai as well. Though I am tamil not pandit level or highly knowledgeable like Kazhaignar to find the root of the word and all . I have seen this used in the movies , that’s all.

I am old fashioned only in the part of giving respect to elders as in my household it is important. We had to call even siblings elder for a year with respect . Other than that I am not backward thinking in any way. I was the only atheist among the people in my family - who not only go to temples but build them. Big follower of Kazhignar.

I didn’t say these words , only the contestants used it and I quoted . I am not supporting them for saying it either. So please I dont want to fight back and worth for someone else’s mistake .

Didn't know this word also ends up against woman ... I ve seen this used mainly against man ... though got to know it means irresponsible person today
