No one in bb likes a captain who’s too overbearing and strict so chill bro or your group will break before it even started lol

He shouldn’t have taken cigs people are addicted to this and sometimes can’t function. God knows some of my friends turn grumpy and on edge when they can’t smoke.

He’s great in tasks but isn’t a great leadership material imo cuz he’s way too harsh and stubborn to be a good captain lol

In bb a good captain is one who is firm in his decisions but unhe pyar se bhi samjha ke kaam karwana aata hai.

Take SAF (goat football manager) who managed/led Man Utd (my fav) as an example. He had hardworking players (but not that talented) and extremely talented (but lazy) players and yet he managed to make all of them consistent winners for over 25 years.

One of his infamous strategy to get the best out of his players was all about how he disciplined them.

So Nani for eg was very talented but very inconsistent and couldn’t take harsh scolding well (his confidence would get shattered) and on the other hand Rooney was very hard working and confident.

So if Nani was playing poorly in a match then what SAF used to do was to deliberately scold Rooney (even though he would be playing well) in front of Nani and pyar se samjhao Nani and be supportive of him.

Rooney would be like wtf? What did I do? I was playing well, why yell at me? This would rile him up, make him angry and even more fired up to prove that yelling was wrong. As a result his already great performance would rise up to be an amazing performance lol

While Nani would get a boost in confidence from SAF by being mollycoddled and he would up his ante in the rest of the match so that he could prove to SAF that his persistent confidence in him was well deserved. This would lead to him performing very well as well.

My point being that bb is essentially a microcosm of our society (albeit in a very manipulated and edited way lol). So the contestants in bb behave exactly as people in our societies do for the most part.

Therefore, to be a great captain/leader in bb it’s essential that one must know how to tackle other contestants.

He should know kis ko pyar se samjha kar kaam karwana hai, kis ko danda dena hai kam karwane ke liye aur kis se bargaining karni hai to do his duty Lol

One can’t behave like a dictator and force their opinions on other housemates. Kavita tried to do it as well and it only resulted in most of the housemates disliking this behavior of her. It creates unnecessary enmity lol

But lets see, hopefully Eijaz understands this and backs off a bit lol

Oberbearing captains/leaders can be difficult to deal with or follow. Taking things from luxury budget can get u in loads of trouble, remember last season? The whole rashmi-Vishal fiasco, BB confiscated luxury budget but the winning team refused to give it back saying why should we suffer and BB in return didn’t send ration until they put the luxury items back. Can’t remember what happened in the end but it was a huge issue.

But Eijaz has to know how to deal with it better. A warning should suffice initially.

The only strict captain I liked was Ali, he was overbearing but it was fun to watch him putting everyone to work, although maybe the contestants were just nicer that they just cribbed but didn’t start a full fledged argument.

Frustrating to the core!!! Especially his habit of seeking validation from people who have 0 value or respect for him
