I think she was talking about eijaz. He doesnt have self respect for himself so he is not required. And this is consistent with her argument that Eijaz forgets his limits and friends in tasks, that's the only issue she has with him. She wont invest in a person who isnt faithful and for him Eijaz is not. For her own self respect also, she cannot support someone who forgets rhistas for a task.
In short, self respect is most important for her and eijaz doesnt have that so he shouldnt be on the show. I agree because he is resorting to showmance despite not wanting to so ruby has a point.
