Eijaz and Pavitra wasted so much time in that task looking like a fool and Salman would not like to highlight how foolish both Eijaz and Pavitra looked as sanchalak.

I think the game plan exposed of Nishant and Jaan was because it was a conspiracy between housemates and exposing could reflected relationship of the house.

There was nothing to expose in Pavitra’s sticking to her decision, maybe from her angle that is what she saw. Exposing Pavitra would not make a difference in the game.
