I think him getting beaten-up is highly possible (And me wants it) and Preesha taking care of him can also happen. I am sure they will get him out on bail soon otherwise kya fayda.

If not on bail then we will get tadap wala pyaar when Preesha goes to visit him in jail, sees him and cries bucket seeing him hurt. Either way, we can get beautiful RuSha scene if he is beaten in Jail.

they need to do it on the basis that evidence is circumstantial...and if she can find that there is video missing (not the missing video itself) but just that a big chunk is missing,,,it will help
