Ruby is just not a street smart person - therefore doesn't know how to put across her points and persuade opposite party of the same , but she's intelligent for sure.

She's the one so far who's identifying loopholes in tasks and trying to use it to her advantage

Trying- she isn't able to turn it into her USP as of now unlike Vikas Gupta . I hope she works on that bit .
