The girl who blew out the candle is Rubina didi. If you notice after destroying the little ones moment she has this sheer joy on her face. That's so horrifying and psychotic to say the least. And that's exactly how this woman behaves as well.

LOL Rubinav toh as it is have an unfair advantage over the others - ek pakka vote and support system, dono saath leke aaye hain. That's why I hate it when they bring couples/relatives - it is SO unfair.
