Sportsmanship doesnt means crossing certain lines. Like Nishant was about to put Harpic just to win a task that is not sportsmanship. She felt in the name of winning task he was about to put Abhinav down in worse possible way on national tv. Jisko wo apna bhai bol rha hai. According to her that is crossing lines. So she had personal problem with Eijaz.
