But yes it does affect the leads and how they interact with eo..esp if their gf/bf, family etc start getting impacted.

Haan I know ya that and the reaction that they got when they announced they'll move on without him. Because SP was all set to move on without him and with a new actor (Of course it wouldn't have lasted very long as Sarum were USP but still people would've had jobs still) and see whatever might be the reason, loss was of cast crew and actors. SP blamed Barun on national television and that almost ruined his career. I'm not saying it was the only reason but still. I've a feeling it played part.

So yeah these people need to be very careful about these things. You never know jab kya ho jaye.
