I think the main reasons why she is so scared is bcoz:

1. She doesnt wanna lose this newfound love and happiness...she doesnt want Vansh to go away.

2. She also knows Vansh is not forgiving n he will do nasty things.

Basically, it is a combination of both fear of losing + fear of Vansh's anger.
