Chapter 12

Next Day

Every one were having breakfast at dining table when Mahesh came with a package in his hand.

M:Sir the wedding photographer sent this package

V:Keep it in my room must be the wedding album

Mahesh left.

C:Riddhima baad mein album lekar aana toy pictures dekhni hai..

R:Ji Chachi

Riddhima looks at Siya with a look, she blinks her eyes.

R(thought):Phase two begins

Later

Riddhima was waiting for Vansh near the door, she saw him coming & quickly sits on bed & started turning the pages of album to look at the pictures, he enters.

V:How many time will you see wedding album?

R:I dont even remember the first one.. let me look at this one with nostalgia feeling

Vansh rolls his eyes & goes near his cupboard to take out files. Riddhima quickly opens the page were mehendi pictures were presents & looks at Kabir picture & makes a confused expression.

R:That's weird

V:What?

Vansh sits beside her & looks at the picture were Kabir is present.

V:What's weird?

R:This Devraj.. it feels like I have seen him somewhere other than at wedding

V:Where? May be you are getting your memory back.. must have seen before

R:No Vansh I have seen him recently after our wedding but where..

Riddhima acts like she is trying to remember & Vansh also thinks.

R:May be I am thinking too much.. anyway I am going to give this to chachi..

She closes the album & was about to leave.

R:What happened?

V:I am going in their room I will give it

Riddhima hands him the album & he leaves. Vansh hides behind a pillar & takes out the picture in which Devraj was present & closes the album.

V(thought):Riddhima is right.. it feels like I have also seen him somewhere.. need to find out

He keeps the picture in his pocket & went towards Chanchal's room. Riddhima & Siya saw him keeping the picture in his pocket & smirks.

R:Tsk.. tsk.. Kabir.. kabir.. kya hoga tumhara

S:Wahi hoga jo manjure Vansh Rai Singhania ko hoga

Both laughs.

After reaching office Vansh called Angre in his cabin.

V:Angre any clue regarding the fake Devraj

A:Yes boss.. look at this CCTV footage.. the day when Devraj arrived

Angre shows the footage & saw him entering mansion with suitcase, he was shocked.

V:This is the suitcase in which Riddhima was present.. that's means he tried to kill her.. dammit

He takes out the picture from his pocket & gives it to Angre.

V:Check this picture if you can figure out the actual face of this fake Devraj

A:Okay boss

Angre left & Vansh was in deep thought.

V:Kuch toh hai jo mujhe dikhai nehi deraha hai.. but kya.. kahin Riddhima ne kuch.. nehi I should not doubt her.. i have to solve this puzzle

Vansh returned & was playing basketball & was thinking about recent events. Just then Anupriya comes.

An:What are you thinking Vansh?

V:Nothing mom about a business deal

An:Dont worry about it too much

V:You are right.. Can I ask you something?

An:Ofcourse

V:From where you got this DSR number & recommendation?

Anupriya was shocked & was nervous, he notices her nervousness.

An:Why Vansh?

V:Nothing mom this DSR was so irresponsible that's why.. whoever recommended you either didn't tell you about his irresponsibility or doesn't know about it. That's why I am asking

Anupriya sighs in relief & gives him small smile.

An:Actually Mr. Shekhawat recommended him & let it be.. nothing serious happened

Vansh again started playing basketball & Anupriya sighs.

An(thought):Thank god Kabir paid Mr. Shekhawat.. if Vansh calls him also he will lie

Thinking this Anupriya left, Vansh looks at her leaving.

V(thought):Something is definitely weird.. why mom was nervous when I asked about DSR? I really have to find out

Vansh stops playing & calls Angre.

V:Angre listen to me carefully

Vansh instructs something.

A:Okay boss

V:And how's the progress on the picture?

A:Its working in progress

V:Okay do it as soon as possible

Unknown to him Siya heard all the conversation & was smiling brightly.

S(thought):Bilkul waisa hi horaha hai.. Just like bhabhi wanted..

Vansh comes to his room but lights were off.

V:Riddhima.. lights kyun off hai?

Then lights comes & he was stunned, whole room was decorated with small lights & a table was placed in middle. He went near it & saw a chocolate cake was placed with "Thank You" written on it.

V:Riddhima

Riddhima comes out of corner hiding her face behind a heart shaped pillow & stands infront of him. He was confused with her behavior, she removes the pillow away from her face & smiles.

R:Surprise

V:All this..

R:For you.. Just a little gift

V:But why?

R:For taking care of me.. after my accident you took so much care so I have done all this.. infact

She forwards the pillow to him.

R:Its for you

He looked at the pillow where it was written "Remember Me", he takes it.

V:Thank you

R:Now lets the cut the cake

She stood beside him & holds his hand & together they cuts the cake, this whole time Vansh was looking at her lovingly. She takes a piece & feeds him.

R(thought):Last time I showered my love for an undeserving person but this time nothing like that will happen.. I will keep Vansh happy & will bear all his pain till my last breath

Vansh also feeds her & both looks at each other lovingly. Unknown to them Kabir was looking at them & was getting angry.

K(thought):Here I came to meet mom & to make Riddhima remember about me but she... no Riddhima is mine only mine.. Vansh Rai Singhania cant have everything which belongs to me.. now this has become a game.. A game of love..

Next Day

Vansh got ready to go his office, he came near his car & just opens it when Riddhima came running.

R:Vansh

Vansh turned towards her & saw she was holding his wallet, he sighs & started to go towards her when all of a sudden his car blasted. Riddhima was horrified.

R:VANSH
