But she was meant to kiss him and the scene was poorly edited.
It was the editing. There was a lot of closeness between them but for some reason the editors have got an allergy to certain angles. Even in that hospital dream confession, Rudra kissed Preesha’s forehead but they showed a long shot instead of a close up.
I don’t get why they do that. The two actors share so much intimacy onscreen, it’s shortchanging them in such scenes.
