Hey, sorry to interrupt, but I would like to advice a few things for controlling high BP. I also had high BP issue 2 years back due to exams stress, but now I'm fully recovered.😎
So below are few suggestions which my Doctor told me to take; I hope they help you as well. You will be Alright. 🤗
- Take small walks daily in the morning or evening. If possible, try to go for walk in the garden barefoot.
- Reduce your salt intake in your food.
- Don't think too much about anything. Control overthinking.
- Take your medicines on time daily and check your BP regularly and note in down. It will be controlled for sure.
- Sleep on time and sleep well. It plays crucial role.
- Try to be happy most of the time. 😊
- Avoid junk food for sometime.
Hey thank you dear! 🤗
Actually I’m in my last weeks of pregnancy and its a complication of it and the blood circulation through the placenta. So I’m having tablets on time, I’m being closely monitored and the baby too. But can’t walk or cut down the salt.
Yes, I’ve to stop overthinking, stressing, and sleep enough. I was being insomniac 🤪
