Rhea is basically talking out loud to herself. So she certainly isn't fooling herself. So far we have known through her monologues that she hated Prachi now through her monologues we are getting to know that she finally understands how she had been driven with hatred. Sometimes it takes one moment for everything to hit and for you realise you've been wrong. That's what happened with her.

That's what I think too. But at the end if rhea isn't going to be as negative and puts Aliya in her place,so be it.
