Rhea gets bail !!

Rhea Chakraborty bail application is allowed on furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 1 lakh and other conditions

Lawyer appearing for NCB requested for a stay in the matter. The same was rejected by the Court.

Advocate Satish Maneshinde requested for 1 month to furnish bail bond. The request was allowed.

Showik Bail denied as NCB feels he is india's Pablo Escobar.

PS: this is one of the few rare cases where the person arrested in Non Bailable Offence ( NCB misused law all because she didn't report her druggie bf to cops) got bail

Bombay HC has granted bail to Dipesh Sawant and Samuel Miranda have been allowed on furnishing of PR bond of Rs. 50,000/- each.

Finally, some respite. Hope she has the courage to sue defamation charges against all the media channels.

Heard her brother has been denied bail . This is a small respite .. bail can be cancelled anytime .

Once the family gets over this case .. which will take its own sweet time , I genuinely hope that they sue the TV channels especially Repulsive and Navika bimar .. and get some serious damages from them.
