Yup!! I felt the same, i mentioned it somewhere also. He never felt this helpless even when he married Bondita.

That was a much worse situation. Like he literally lost the chance to be with Mini ever. There he had cried for one day in sharab ka nasha bass. And seeing Mini's letter also, but there he didn't look this helpless or agonised. Here he is literally crying like a baby and hoping that Bondita hears him somehow.

I think Mini was never that important in his life as much as he says. They never spent that much time together also. He just felt he loves her. So, when they got suddenly separated he was moping over Mini. But if he did love her so much, he would have been happy to get an opportunity to marry her. But he isn't happy, rather he hates the idea now. Now that he is getting chance to narry her he is realizing he doesn't want it anymore

Somehow I felt like it hit him that now that he threw her out, Bondita also must be alone, and maybe she was facing troubles. he didn't seem that much affected by Mini

He didn't drop, it was slipped, he came out of Bondita's zone and became krantikari,baki pata nhi kya tha.

Kaka has surprised us many times

I also fear he will not accept Bondita after she comes back from Hira mandi but then I feel like now he loves her like a daughter.

When Bondita being with BW truth was and Kaka was insulted so badly we all had felt probably kaka will never accept her back. But he surprised us. Though he is angry he understands that she is a kid and did a mistake. So sending her to her mom was just meant as a temporary punishment.

Maybe in Hira mandi track too, he maybe angry initially, may say gangajal leke aao and all but will eventually accept her back

Yes there are times his beliefs are irrational but he understands she is a just kid..
