More than success it's their high profile dating records.

Success also makes people call some celebs handsome but that is for a year or two. Like Seymour Hoffman won some most attractive title the year he won an Oscar.

I think they can be attractive if they try but the arranged marriage and patriarchal culture where the ugliest mofo can get a hot wife has made them lazy and entitled

Great point! I see the hottest women with the ugliest & fattest husbands 🤢 but thank God in this generation many Indian girls are marrying good looking men from other countries.

To my parent's disappointment, I've always found Pakistani men so much more handsome and well-kept than Indian men, I rarely see an Indian guy who is well-groomed.
