Alot of things got cleared up in the episode. Mainly, Bajaj was involved from the very beginning and double-crossed Anurag to join Komolika. The fact that throwing pre from the bridge was Bajaj's idea, writers ne kya sixer mara. Who would have thought that?
What I found hilarious was the round table conference between Anu, Komo, and Bajaj to decide AnuPre future. I mean, like seriously, how stupid was that. Why did Anurag even bother negotiating with Komolika. Did he not know her at all? And why did he involve Bajaj? What is the logic behind that? Instead, I wished he had discussed this situation with Moloy and Anupam, even Shivi. These three are AnuPre well-wishers and they could have helped him. How about first discussing the matter with a criminal lawyer? I know there is no point asking all these questions, but I found Anu discussing this with the other two really stupid on Anu's part. But at least, a lot of loops were closed and a lot of questions answered. Especially that Anurag did follow up. He was just double-crossed by Bajaj and Chandrilika.
Even though dil ko sukoon mila to watch AnuPre finally smiling dil se, their eyes reflecting their happiness after eons, I still felt damn bad for Prerna. Everyone she trusted manipulated her, all of them played with her life, made decisions on her behalf, took away her choice. Anurag lived in pain for 8 years, but at least he was aware of why he was in pain, it was his choice. But Prerna, she had no idea why Anurag betrayed her and on top of that to have lost her daughter, her choice was taken away from her to decide for her life. I know the show had to end so they could not stress on Prerna's pain/anger after finding out the truth, but I really wanted her to keep on hitting anurag in the chest and scream at him for taking away her choice. To finally demand a promise that from now onward it will be only joint decisions for them. Once and for all to kill the thorn bird theory.
Chalo, koi baat nahin. We all got our AnuPre together finally.
