I don't think Naagin 5 will be on hold at all.

Naagin 5 wouldn't be on hold even if Sharad self-quarantine for the next few days. At the end of the day the show must go on, We won't get VaNi, but they will mostly show Jay and Bani face off maybe bring in some filler characters and Naagin is a weeeknd show so it won't affect much.

Kzk2 wasn't on hold when Parth was tested positive. Most actors who had close contact with him still went on set and shoot. I hardly doubt Sharad will self-quarantine even if though he should, but he needs to do 2 test one now and another 10 days after to make sure.

Yup N5 shoot will continue. It can't stop.there are multiple characters in it so they can manage one two weeks without SM.

There is no fun in the show without veer aka SM. He is the jaan of the show.
