Sid doesn't because that's his nature.. He is more private and prefers keeping things close.. I wouldn't want either of them to lose their true self to keep us happy..

Exactly sana likes to express her love sabke saath. Sid wants to keep it private. And aisa nahi hai ki he never does it. Aajkal stories mein sidnaaz letters ,gifts daalta hai. But daale agar uska mann ho. Zabardasti nahi. Yeah as a fan I wld love it but it's not a big deal if he doesnt do it.

Anyways the cake went to them, that's what matters . Sana putting up a story means they r grateful
