When everything is so top class in ktlk, why didn't they make Mallika Trehan a relative of the famous surgeon Naresh Trehan

Dr dubey knew somethings about Ashutosh like he was Dr mathur's son.. He also knew about Hiraman and his excellent cooking skills.. Then how come he didn't know about Ashutosh's 'scandalous' wedding? Even if he was out of town at the time, someone from his own buddha circle would have informed him about it following his return to lucknow?

Didn't dubey know about Ashutosh's controversial friendship with Mallika? Then why didn't he assume that Mallika was his wife when Ranga told him that Ashu was married?

Que Ashu had told Nidhi that his childhood was over by the time he was found by baba.. So i think he must have been of the age where he could tell his parents name and surname.. Did he not know that or did baba deliberately not make him use it😈

He was neither Baba's adopted son nor did he know who his parents were.. He must have remembered at some point but memory got overwritten 😆

May be baba wanted Ashu to forget his past completely and Ashu too wanted not to hurt his Baba's feelings by bringing up the topic of his parents in front of him 🤔
