why not both? but if it was an ordinary mumbai person, he/she would be serving a jail time, but these actors with high connections and money will get away with it just like Sanju did.

ummm first I didn't say nepo kids be in jail for being nepo kids... i said that if an average person used any of that maal, they wouldn't ever see light ever again.

@bold: If it is illegal, why shouldn't they be jailed?

As for nepotism, unless you are a Govt servant, where there are likely laws which might prohibit officials from using their position & influence for their families/friends, there are no rules elsewhere in any other industry. So while Nepotism sucks, it is NOT ILLEGAL.

A nepo would end up harming a few people, while peddlers destroy generations.

I side with those countries that have death penalties for drug related crimes.
