I was just thinking yesterday, why did they bring Abhi Rhea conversation just before the accident....this looks like this time we are actually heading towards revelation. My guess :

1) Abhi will finally meet Pragya and know Prachi is her daughter
2) Ranbir's touch will revive Prachi
3) This might bring in the earlier promo meaning of Prachi Ranbir's love putting Abhi Pragya in dilemma.

Abhi Pragya will not meet so soon. 😆

Even I faced a situation where the patient's relative talked very rudely to me, yelled at me while I was talking gently & my professor didn't even take stand for me.
