She said it's early enough that she doesn't need surgery. If she takes the pill, there will be a spontaneous abortion, will seem like a miscarriage.

You know I just scrolled through the entire episode just for the chair scene and if there were any other AM scenes... but as I kept scrolling, only Kuhu's face kept surfacing in almost every scene.
I don't feel like watching the whole thing... baad main dekhungi I guess.

Actually he didn't excuse Kuhu or blame Mishti. He said Kuhu may say things that are wrong, but asks Mishti to adjust because of the pregnancy.
