I think that must be normal for most actors. It takes a while to get into the skin of the character and figure out the little things that work and which ones don't.

In some parts, I think the hectic schedule is also impacting him as the show airs for six days in a row rather than the regular five. Moreover, this past week, they had to shoot for twelve episodes straight, one of which was the maha episode. He looked absolutely tired in some scenes and it just makes me wish they will take a break.

I mean, I love the show with all its faults, but it has to be absolutely taxing on the cast and crew too.

That’s insane! TV over here shoots for 5 months and is off for 7 or something like that. If they have that many episodes banked why not just give them a couple of days off?

I guess if you’re an actor or in the entertainment industry it’s feast or famine.

I get that in the west the episodes are 40 mins long, but I like the system here far better than whatever is going on in India. There should be a maximum quota of how many hours they can shoot in one day.

Exactly! I'm actually amazed by how many episodes the show has banked already. They work insanely hard. At the very least, they can take the pressure off the main leads by focusing on the other members of the family. Flesh their characters out, give them something to do other than just stand around, and fill space.

I think that would be a great idea. I really like Chachi and would love to know Siyas backstory or even Ishani. Was she always a spoiled, rude entitled brat?? 😂. But if they did that they would have so many people complaining about not seeing Riansh or seeing them less.

It’s funny in North America you can’t dictate to the creators how the story goes. So it's a bit strange to me how people send tweets, emails etc to try and influence the direction or outcome of a show. And how Rangu holds onto his job and interferes in the story is ridiculous. Networks here aren’t the best but network interference isn’t a usual thing and only done if the matter is offensive or too sensitive. Let the creators tell their story; if it stinks let them wrap it up and move on but butchering a story for ratings is stupid. You not only alienate tv viewers.
