Sushant and Kriti didn't break up in June. He was there at her birthday party in late July 2018. I think they broke up sometime after that. I also don't think one can conclude if he "dumped" her for Sara or not. Sara and him only started dating somewhere in late 2018, maybe as the promotions were wrapping up. Hahah yeah.. I was just clarifying when did kedarnath shoot end . I am sure about the timelines of the breakup between the two..I remember that me too blind came out and people in this forum were discussing how it's Sushant.. and a week later.. this article.. Sara happened just when Kedarnath promotions happened I suppose..

At first everyone tried to prove his death as suicide by selling depression and bipolar theory but failed because of his family, fans, well wishers and media. CBI/NCB/ED came into picture ..then they came up with new theory don't speculate.. wo bhi fail..Rhea got arrested for drugs linkage ..then they came with patriarchy .......wo bhi Kam nahi ki..and now when we are almost closer to his death mystery which is most probably a homicide aab logo ki lag raha hey ki kahe ka justice his image got trainshed. I mean seriously? Do they even know what they are saying?... A man was most probably killed..and we should not demand justice for him.Baki sabko chod do at least his family need to know what happened with him..they deserve the closure.

Most probably everyone having withdrawal syndrome as all the peddlers are nabbed by NCB.

I am confused. When did Sushant stay in Little Heights building? I thought he moved from Capri Heights to Mont Blanc in 2019 Nov/Dec. This Ankit guy says Sara used to visit Sushant in Little Heights building.

Let's understand why the CBI is terming this as Homicide.In murder cases, around the world, the case starts as Homicide.Every proper police department in the world has a homicide squad.The term "murder" isn't used.Homicide means that a person was killed by another person

All cases of killing are homicides.A homicide case is termed as "suspected murder" under some circumstances, like:1. A murder suspect is in custody2. Murder weapon is found at the site3. Post mortem confirms murder4. Poison found inside body5. Blunt object used for assault.

A good investigation process will never say that a homicide is murder. Murder is subject to proof. Homicide is a matter of hypotheses.Usually detectives will start the case as homicide and then prove that it is murder, along with evidence.This is exactly what the CBI is doing.

Why is the CBI suspecting that Sushant was killed (Homicide)?1. Marks of assault on body & neck2. Skin pigmentation (indicating drug overdose or poison)3. Viscera report (can't comment)4. No visible sign of pain (indicator of unconsciousness)5. Statements of suspected murder
