I don't think he will ever ask her to leave or even let her leave he just can't tolerate Bon going away from him no matter what. He is out of that zone

Regarding him being angry he is always like that with her he can't tolerate her going against him, it might have irked him that she fooled him and neglected her studies and moreover due to her promise to Sampoo she may refuse to tell where she went
