I'll just start with weed doesn't work for everyone. A lot of people out there take it because it gives them a certain high or makes them calm. But it can also make you anxious. Which is why I said it doesn't work for everyone.

There are a lot of people out there who consume it on a regular basis and lead normal lives. Infact you wouldn't even know they are high sometimes because they are so used to taking it.

And then there are folks who do seem high even after not consuming much. It's all very subjective and I guess to an extent depends on for how long have you been consuming it. And now much you are consuming.

Hard drugs are a totally different ball game. I don't think it can be compared to weed at all. Can't comment on it as I haven't even observed this. Have seen movies on addiction to coke but I don't think that counts here.

Now coming to Sushant, the only observation I can make here with regards to his demeanour as well as physical appearance is that he did gain some weight during Chhichore promotions. I'm pointing this out because it stood out to me only because he was someone who for the most part was darn lean and extremely fit. I'm not pointing out the weight gain to shame him for it or anything. I'm just pointing it out because along with that, his face seemed dull if that makes sense. His face seemed puffy. I have now watched tons of his interviews for Raabta and he just had a glow about him there that was missing from when he was promoting Chhichore or at least in the few interviews that I have seen from that time. He seemed fine even while promoting Sonchirya. I remember coming across the interview he did with Manoj Bajpai with Faridoon and they were all having a blast. The only difference I felt in his demeanour or physical appearance was during Chhichore.

And I second you on everything else. No idea how drugs (weed or hard) works and so I was asking if it is that difficult to tell about someone's addiction specially for those who have been followed by millions. I won't take any names but you can just tell something is off about certain celebrities even when they are normal on stage/interviews but I never felt that from Sushant. Again, I am no expert nor anyone who knew him personally.

I wasn't a fan per say. Loved him in movies I saw and was smitten by his intelligence and even then it never occurred he might be into hard drugs because there was nothing that would tell.

However, despite not following him like a fan , chicchore promotion took me by surprise. Even in some of the kedarnath interviews he was quiet and that was majorly in those where he wasn't even asked anything. He was made to sit there and look at sara answering all the answers. That's not only disrespectful for a senior actor but also boring for the other person.

And now when I have watched all his interviews (literally) repeatedly,I could actually tell the downfall in his personality was serious and evident after Sonchiraiya. Even got to know he deleted his entire instagram and unfollowed sara and started fresh sometime later. If drugs were to affect him physically too, he would have gained weight before as well. May be , and I repeat , may be he was smoking and drinking before , which didn't have stuff that he might have started using / getting administered without his knowledge.

His entire demeanor changed in july-august. He had gained weight. Had tummy, looked weirdly dull and was extremely disconnected from the process. It can be an exaggeration to some but I genuinely found it unsettling. Certainly not someone who has recently fallen in love and is in intial stage of relationship. Now , I am not questioning their relationship , just stating he didn't look like a new in love boy. Although the Paris videos does look like happy times (before I was told he had a depressive episode)

All these things are way too uncanny to be mere coincidences. Not to forget , such illogical video recordings of relationship so eternal.
