If NCB didn’t have evidence of her procuring drugs for Sushant, she would have been out on bail

NCB is not putting a false case on Rhea

Sorry to butt in but If the NCB statement is true then it does prove that they have proof that Rhea procured and financed drugs for SSR. Probably chats, financial documents or statements from all the accused, otherwise it would have been difficult for them to keep the custody.

Now courier boy also gave statement they delivered drugs to Rhea's place 😆.Rhea n co was drugging him in pretext of Medication , It's funny how some are saying Rhea didn't take drugs n only got it for Sushant. Funny , lot at her chats from 2017 , Gaurav arya's admission n now Courier boy's statement But no NCB is framing Rhea , other part of statement by NCB is twisted n believed. Heights !

If proven guilty she is going to jail for a long time

NCB put her in jail just for procuring drugs for SSR🤣 That was nice joke.

well NCB will write what Rhea said in her statement in their chargesheet they cant change it. But they have proofs against Rhea thats why bail is rejected. I doubt they would have arrested her under such strong sections unless they have something else with them. Just for buying for SSR, Rhea would have got bail easily.

Rhea is not innocent and nobody in this showbiz is. She is being charged for peddling drugs not only for SSR but allegedly given another 25 big Bollywood personalities names but those 25 Bollywood personalities are yet to be interrogated the only thing we know that NCB had access to SSR electronic devices, his financial details so she is being incriminated basis of that hence the bail was denied.

Rhea has retracted from her statement so her initial statements to NCB does not hold any value till the time Court was given enough proof by NCB to support their charge sheet.

I can be wrong but this is my understanding of the law.

I may belong to old school of thought but drugs for me is a serious offence.

I hope no corruption happens and all those who are guilty are punished.

I’m sure Rhea will try and prove SSR to be drug addict in court by playing personal videos of SSR and will absolve herself..

After all, bf is dead.. So, let’s put all blame on himself as he’s not there to defend himself..

Rhea is definitely not innocent in this case, Now it’s up to NCB to file a strong case against her

Rhea retracted her statement, to believe that an agency like NCB is asking for her custody based on a retracted statement is idiotic beyond belief. She didn’t get bail means NCB has enough evidence against her

Most importantly, The claim of NCB filing chargesheet is wrong, We will get more information from the CS
