I don't think the internal injuries is fake. But the verdict that she is infertile/cannot be a mother surely can be manipulated.

That's why my mum predicts that the reports could be manipulated by Kuhu on Jas's advice.

So I assumed she was talking about girls generally after turning 21, they are immediately though of ready to be married. So she must have been around 22.

Nannu in the PS show was around 14/15 when he got into drug problem. And then he was sent for rehab for sometime. And mishti was only about 10, still living with her parents.

So what they're trying to say, I believe was that after nannu's rehab...Mishti helped him stay sober as they grew up and plus living in london with him during her break-up she must have helped him stay away from getting addicted again.

If Abir is 26 now then he was 25 during Kunal's first marriage. And Kunal is five years younger than Abir. That would make him 20 during his first marriage
