My view is that vansh could have married Riddhima for few reasons!

Riddhima refused to accept Vansh's proposal of huge amount for Sia's treatment - She is not greedy

She dared to answer back to Vansh openly when he questioned her

She is a good physiotherapist - even he has a good experience

She has respected Dadi & helped her

Above all , she is mysterious & he wants to know her real truth

These could be the reasons
