Doctor said Mishti can conceive but will have miscarriage in first 3 months. Meenu doesn’t even want to try to treat Mishti’s problem, she just wants an excuse to throw Mishti out of Abir’s life

Or she’s probably planning surrogacy for Mishti and just threatening Abir’s remarriage to make them agree to surrogacy

If there’s life risk for Mishti or her baby Abir won’t even agree to try for one.....unless Mishti is already pregnant
