Obviously she'll be hurt whenever she sees them together and even moreso if she sees them in what could be mistaken for a romantic situation. Who wouldn't? And since Moksh is the only common thing they've got left, she's using him to get her point across. Wrong? Definitely! And I don't really think she means what she says about Moksh' death being Malhar's responsibility.

It's either the first insult that came to her mind when she confronted him after seeing him with Avni, or there's something we don't know... because she hasn't accused him of being responsible for Moksh' death since coming back, just asked him why he shot her, which is what she saw with her own eyes.

I think it is in two parts. 1. She is obviously hurt that she found him seemingly romancing his wife. 2. Before she mentioned Moksh, she said something like she knows what it feels like to lose a child. So I am pretty sure she has discovered that Avni's health and child are in danger. So she is sensitive about that and was being harsh with Malhar as he already lost one child.

I didn't like the fact that they spoiled Rishyab's life by making him marry sherlin.

Usse pregnant kisi aur ne kiya and surname lutra diya 🙊😂😂

But yeha shaadi nay huyi...
