He is not confused he is in guilt we shouldn't forget mini is childhood love of anirudh they had memorably moments. A big chunk of his life was dedicated to his love. Rudhita happned over the night but feelings for mini cant go over the night. There will be residual always only banu can erase it successfully. He cant control his emotions when it comes to mini.
