Indrani Mukherjee was not a small name or unknown person like rhea . She was co founder of INX channel.

Custodial Interrogation is what that is needed. She is well prepared by her lawyer. He must have told her , CBI/ED cannot touch her , so all she has to do is to plead NOT GUILTY and Deny Everything, typical example of exploiting law, that's what these lawyers are famous for.

That's why she is super arrogant, swearing and trying to hit Media. Mumbai police is in her purse.

Only then she will blurt out something in the heat of the moment

I dislike how she is allowed to go home everyday after interrogation , she gets to prepare for next day. She must have other ways of communicating. But it could also be that CBI is doing it deliberately n have means to track her communication. It could be to observe her as well.

Anyways I don't think CBI can do custodial interrogation until she is arrested. She can't be arrested since that might take few days in court n evade through some kind of loophole for bail. CBI might be trying to collect solid evidence meanwhile by breaking other stooges and preparing some ground. Bz of public pressure ,they won't want to make mistake that her lawyer could take advantage of.

I m sure CBI would be getting pressure from certain political sections too. I m just hoping they deliver truthfully for sake of public confidence in them unlike few other cases in past(Jiah Khan )

Honestly speaking I prefer Arnab Goswami anyday over journalist like Rajdeep Sardesai. Atleast Arnab try to bring out the truth in cases he is personally intrested in like Sheena Vohra case, where as journalist like Rajdeep give platforms to criminals to tell their "sob story" to try and influence public.

Then what is the difference between Rajdeep and those terrorist leaders who brainwash children and youth in joining "jihads"??
