They were live in partners for years. After that it was Sushant, who left her. I suppose Indian law gives similar right to live in partner as a wife. If Ankita was married to him or had gone to court, probably Sushant had to pay compensation. They might have settled it amicably. So Ankita may not feel ethically or legally wrong. There might be a reason why Sushant or his family never asked back his share from Ankita.

If they don't want to disclose those personal details, it is fine. We need to give them space. No need to open the old wound when it is not related to the case.

That's exactly what she did...read an old interview of him where he talked about having it even before he came into films...there surely must be more interviews where he must have talked about having it once, even Smitha in her interview said she just picks bits and pieces from here and there and then just weaves a story around it...she just had to connect him with some kind of medicine and the drug angle that is going to unravel completely soon, so she came up with this shitty claustrophobia and Modafinil story...when there's plenty of videos of him taking flights or even sitting in the comparatively narrow space of a cockpit and being perfectly happy and fine!
