I did google it a long time ago. To me when you learning the task of navigating a flight your learning how to fly. Learning how to fly / flying same difference. No one would learn how to fly they if they were afraid of flying.

I'm not even gonna comment on the topic but Modafinil is NOT a sleeping pill. Stop spreading false information. It's a central nervous system stimulant so people can feel awake in the daytime and not drowsy.
