Intelligence has nothing to do with chronic insomnia - probably the opposite - if you have an active mind it can be harder to rest.

Healthy sleep is 7-9 hrs though a lot of people live on 5-6. But he said 2 - that's quite the exaggeration.

Lack of sleep can worsen stress, anxiety or depression.

Dude logic is not working either. That video DOES NOT prove Rhea's statement true. I and another person have explained you can be claustrophobic and not be afraid to fly. My point is he clearly slept for more than two hours. God where are you in this argument? She was lying about the medicine he needed to take because he was afraid to fly. He logic was he was claustrophobic AND afraid to fly. That is why he took meds before boarding the flight to Europe and was in bed for two days after wards sleeping. Is it sinking in now?

True there is proof about her lying all through out the trip. But you need to apply logic aptly to understand it.

It one thing that people get all of Rhea statement, "His claustrophobia made him afraid to fly thus he needed to take a sleep medication before he flew." There making arguments that no way prove that she told the truth and other people are hitting like. Did anyone here actually watch Rhea's interview? People who can't tolerate Rhea's guts might have watched it more attentively.
